Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring analysis for live transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams across legal, financial, and commercial advisors.
• Prepare and review investment memoranda, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Support client and investor communications under the guidance of the deal team lead.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA/ACCA in progress is a plus.
• 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, audit, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work directly with clients.
